To all UK Addresses:
Our shipping is calculated on weight of the products. In order to keep postal costs to a minimum we generally send by Royal Mail parcel post (3 - 5 Days) for items over 1.1 Kilo. Orders up to 1 kilo are generally sent by 1st class postage.
If you require a faster service please email for a quote on next day delivery. N.B. Unless you have paid for next day delivery we cannot be held responsible for delays with postage. If you need goods urgently please contact us for a quote for next day delivery. These goods will require signing for. If you are not in at the time of delivery a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery. If after 5 days you have not claimed your goods they will be returned back to us. If goods are returned back to us we will contact you to let you know. To have them delivered will incure a second delivery as charged to us. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in for delivery or fail to re arrange a delivery date with the courier.
International Shipping (Non-UK Adresses):

We will endevour to get the best price on your behalf. N.B. Most of our items are sent by Royal Mail. Our postage and packing charges include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging.
Lost in Post - Non Delivered Packages
Subject to availability we will resend any lost in post product usually after 14 working days from the day of despatch our couriers ( Royal Mail ) insist on this, and we will make claims against them. The information will be used to process claims via Royal Mail and we just want to make you aware that they may also pass the information provided to the police for internal investigations, should there be any patterns of loss within a postal region.
We ask that you contact your local sorting office first to check that it is not left there. 95% of missing or lost parcels are left in sorting offices. We always have a proof of posting. Please be available to accept delivery as packages returned to us will incur a second postal charge to resend the package. N.B. Please be sure you agree to the 14 days wait period before ordering from us.

Royal Mail deliver an excellent service, 99% of our items arrive on time (please read our feedback). The majority of our items are too large for your letterbox - if you're not in when the postman calls your item will be returned to the sorting office or check with your neighbour.

We want you to be happy with your order.
If you are not 100% happy please either contact us or return the order for a refund.
All we ask is that you return the item in the condition it was sent to you within 14 days of the sale date.
*Certain items are not refundable - these are items that have been "cut off" for each individual order. eg. fabrics, elastics, ribbons etc.
We do NOT refund postage costs on returns. Items that have been returned back to us for refund will be minus the postage costs.
We will accept exchanges, simply return the item to us explaining what you would like in exchange.
Goods must be received in the condition back in the same condition they where received. When returning goods or exchanging them please keep your proof of postage. Items that are damaged or lost in the post we cannot be held responsible for. Postal charges will apply to the re-sending of exchanged goods. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive.* We will at our discression accept non faulty goods returned that have been "cut off" at the rate of 50% refund. As they are cut from a roll they will need to be sold off as 1/2 price remnants in our retail units. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Defect Goods
Damaged or defect goods may be returned either for a full refund or exchange. All postal costs in returning the defect goods will be refunded. If goods are damaged in the post you must return the packaging that you received it in so we can take it up with our couriers.
The colour names and photographs on our website may aid you in choosing the correct colours and have been assigned to products by consensus.
These names and images are intended as a guide only.
Colours are shown as a general guide only, as there may be variation due to dye lots, computer monitor and printer settings.
Please feel free to send for samples of fabrics/ curtains you are unsure of (better a sample than a return especially when colour is a issue).
We can and will supply samples up to a maximum of 3 of any of our fabrics on receipt of a Stamped Addressed Envelope print out of the items you require a sample of.
Please do not send the reference number only, as we cannot allocate the staff time to search for listing references.
